CHONGQING, China, July 16, 2021 / Xinhua-AsiaNet / – Recently, a total of 11 technologies in the fields of intelligent services, artificial intelligence and security were released at a new product launch conference in Chongqing Xiantao Big Data Valley, South western China. They are developed by seven valley innovation ecosystem alliance companies, according to the Yubei District Advertising Department. Xiantao Big Data Valley, located in Yubei District in Chongqing, set up the alliance in 2018 with the aim of creating an industrial ecosystem and an interactive sharing mechanism. The alliance attracted 334 companies for shared development, making the valley an essential engine to facilitate local collaborative innovation. The Valley is data and software driven, with a full innovation ecosystem comprising 10 open sharing platforms. Public service platforms including software systems development, intelligent prototype production, full 3D printing, intelligent car collaboration, Xiantao College talent training, intelligent hardware discovery and sharing service demonstration of 5G automatic driving applications have been set up. The establishment of an open sharing platform is conducive to the coordinated development of companies in the innovation ecosystem. A total of 237 companies have settled in the valley, including industry leaders and innovative companies such as ARM, Huawei Chongqing DevCloud Innovation Center, Transsion and ThunderSoft. Around 5,000 innovative and entrepreneurial professionals work here, who have applied for more than 600 patents and software. Industrial technologies and R&D; utilities such as data resources, software development cloud and intelligent hardware testing have been delivered globally, and it has gradually formed a central engine leading the development of a $ 100 billion industrial software and information services cluster in Yubei. Yubei District, focused on developing a cutting-edge area in collaborative innovation, will accelerate the improvement of the valley’s capacity to incubate new science and technology. It will make the valley a key driver to drive innovation across the district and provide a strong impetus for high-quality development in Yubei. The valley will build key projects such as a demonstration region in Sino-Singaporean communication cooperation, Zhongguancun Information Valley Collaborative Innovation Center and Chang”an Global Software Center.
