SAN DIEGO (CNS) – The Greater San Diego Association of Realtors announced Friday that it has received an award from the National Association of Realtors.
According to a press release, “Diamond” accreditation for business services means the association “has demonstrated that it has met more than 40 criteria – key business services and member engagement activities – during the past year”.
“We are honored to receive this coveted award from the NAR which recognizes outstanding performance in delivering commercial real estate programs,” said Mike Mercurio, CEO of the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors. “We are particularly pleased as this is the first time that SDAR has won the Diamond Award, the highest possible achievement. This recognition is due to the outstanding work of our Board of Directors and CRASD members.”
According to SDAR, accreditation “is designed to help associations of real estate agents develop business services, recruit and retain business members in their market, and recognize a commitment to providing business services and engaging members. commercial real estate”.
The National Realtors Conference and Expo was held in Orlando, Florida.
SDAR officials said their group, through its affiliation with the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego, was also recognized for:
— informative tours of new local developments for SDAR and CRASD members;
— hosting “Commercial Connections”, a live panel of developers, brokers and analysts focusing on downtown projects;
— establish relationships with trade groups, including the American Institute of Architects;
— organization of 10 SDAR training courses on various topics related to commercial real estate, and;
— presentation of the “Commercial Scoop” video on various sectors of activity, including industrial, commercial and multi-family residential development.
